The Challenge
Contractors needed a trusted way to share and access information about clients before taking on jobs. The platform had to enable honest reviews while maintaining data quality and preventing abuse.
The solution needed to support different user types, provide robust search capabilities, and implement a sustainable business model with premium features for power users.
Our Solution
We built a comprehensive review platform with user-friendly authentication, role-based accounts, and a review system that lets contractors rate clients with ratings,tags, and photos. Users can search by client name or address and filter by various criteria.
Implemented a freemium business model where basic access is free, and premium features unlock unlimited searches. Added an admin dashboard for managing users and moderating reviews, plus a manual license verification system to ensure professional credentials. The platform integrates with property and contractor data APIs to provide additional context.

Freemium Business Model
